We had been contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for an additional woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to uncover out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was extremely sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t feel he loved her any far more. He said he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big quantity of money out of their joint bank account which he said he needed to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was quite strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may well have one more woman as a comparable thing had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was another woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name and the woman he was living with. They had purchased the property together just following he had left our client.
We were able to present our client with all of the evidence she necessary to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
